Products and Services

HiQamifo manufactures and supplies plastic lids for greenhouse thermostat systems. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Custom orders are subject to separate quotation and agreement. Production timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees.

Orders and Quotations

Quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to acceptance by HiQamifo. We will confirm acceptance via email or written correspondence.

Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products. Custom manufacturing requires advance payment or deposit as specified in the quotation.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date for approved accounts. New customers may be required to pay in advance.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in material costs, exchange rates, or other factors beyond our control.

Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Returns and Refunds

Standard products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Custom-manufactured items are non-returnable unless defective. Contact us at contact@hiqamifo.com to arrange returns.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of HiQamifo Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiQamifo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific product or service in question.

Product Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
